Human trafficking is much more prevalent than I realized
If you're like me, you've heard about human trafficking (especially sex trafficking), and either the movie "Taken" comes to mind, or you wonder something like, "Ok, but where and how often is this actually taking place?"
Well, I've been sorely disappointed to learn that it's far more common than I ever thought. Others have documented this much more thoroughly than I have the knowledge to do; the main reason for this webpage is mainly to create extra backlinks to some trustworthy facts and statistics on the matter, as well as a powerful organization taking real strides against the problems.
I'm not paid by or affiliated with this organization in any way. I just heard about it, checked it out, and decided to post some links here.
